RGV ACO Health Providers, LLC encourages Employees, Contractors, Participant Providers, Preferred Providers, and other individuals and entities performing functions or services related to ACO activities to report suspected problems to the ACO. This promotes a culture of compliance that strives to prevent, detect, and resolve activity that could lead to fraud, waste, or abuse related to ACO activities. It is everyone’s responsibility to report noncompliant behavior.
